Standard orders are usually dispatched the next business day however please allow 24-48 hours for your order to process. (We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays). Shipping Confirmation along with a tracking number will be emailed once your order has been sent.

We offer both Express and Standard shipping within Europe.

EXPRESS SHIPPING


REMI SABBAH Express orders are sent by EMS Datapost Courier service.
Please allow up to 2-4 business days for your parcel to arrive.
A signature will be required upon delivery. If not signed for it will be taken to your local post office for collection. You should be notified when a delivery attempt is unsuccessful. (Please note that if you do not rearrange delivery or collect your parcel within the timeframe given, your parcel will be returned to us and can only be redelivered at your own expense).

STANDARD SHIPPING

REMI SABBAH Standard orders are sent by Registered Post service.
Please allow up to 3-10 business days for your parcel to arrive.
Please note that shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on your location and which of our shipping services you select.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping email confirmation and your tracking number to track your parcels journey.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

REMI SABBAH international orders are sent by EMS Datapost Courier.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping email confirmation and your tracking number to track your parcels journey.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your parcel to arrive.
EMS Datapost is unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Please note that shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on your location and which of our shipping services you select.
Please also note that REMI SABBAH is not responsible for any customs or import charges that may apply to your order. We suggest you check with your local customs office about their charges.
Delivery time mentioned excludes custom clearance delays.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We ONLY offer exchange of products that are of the same value as your original item and can exchange sizes for items of equal value if we have them in stock.
Items must not be worn, altered, or washed.
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund or exchange, it is recommended that you send your returned items with a tracking number to prevent your parcel getting lost.

RETURNS

All of our styles are handmade and thoroughly inspected before being shipped to you, to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
All returns must be authorized by email SUPORT@REMISABBAH.COM. All products returned must be in original condition, without any tags removed.
Unworn, undamaged, tagged items may be returned within 7 business days of receipt of your order.
Should you wish to return your purchases, please email SUPPORT@REMISABBAH.COM with your name, order number, and the reason why you would like to issue a return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. The return shipping & handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Pre-orders are non refundable and non exchangeable.
Returned items that do not conform with our returns policy will not be accepted and no refund will be made.
When returning any items we recommend you use guaranteed (insured) registered post and tracking. We cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive or are damaged in transit. Any refunds due will be made by using the original method of payment.

CANCELLATIONS

Please note if you would like to cancel your order, you must inform us immediately within 2 hours of placing your order so that you do not incur a cost and start the returns process. For assistance please send an email to SUPPORT@REMISABBAH.COM
We reserve the right to cancel any order and you will be notified immediately by email. Monies paid will be refunded by using the original method of payment received.
